NBG Governor and Finance Ministry met with US Investors

National Bank of Georgia Governor Natia Turnava, together with Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili, held meetings with several investment and asset management companies in the United States, the National Bank reported.

The meetings, involving up to 15 investment firms based in New York and Boston, were organized by JP Morgan, Société Générale, Citi, and ICBC as part of Georgia’s preparations for Eurobond refinancing in 2026.

Discussions focused on Georgia’s macroeconomic and fiscal indicators, future forecasts, international market trends, the investment environment in Georgia, and plans for the upcoming Eurobond refinancing.

The delegation also included Tamta Sopromadze, Head of the Macroeconomics and Statistics Department of the National Bank of Georgia, and Ekaterine Guntsadze, Deputy Minister of Finance.
