Fines paid for parking violations in Tbilisi totaled GEL 18.24 million in January–September 2026, up by 69% year-on-year, or GEL 7.5 million, according to a report published by the Finance Ministry’s Treasury.
The latest figures show that Tbilisi has 28,516 parking spaces, roughly half of which are zoned parking areas and half non-zoned spaces.
The fine for improper parking in Tbilisi is GEL 50.
