During the period from January to May this year, passenger traffic in Armenia's two airports exceeded 1.8 million people, which is 0.8% less compared to the same period in 2023.
According to the Statistical Committee, 436 thousand passengers used Armenian airports in Yerevan and Gyumri in May, which is 12.4% more than the previous month and only 0.6% higher than in May last year.
The statistics also include passenger transport by airlines from other countries. However, the Statistical Committee does not provide a breakdown of passenger traffic by specific airports or by Armenian and foreign airlines.
