We, the European Union, are ready to work with all the governments of Georgia, with all the Prime Ministers, - Ambassador of the European Union in Georgia, Pawel Herczynski, told journalists when he answered a question regarding the government changes implemented in Georgia.
According to the Ambassador, he hopes that the cooperation of the European Union with the next government of Georgia will be as successful as with the previous one.
"Of course, we are watching the government change very carefully. I understand that Irakli Kobakhidze has only been nominated for the post of Prime Minister and the Parliament will make a decision next week. So we are waiting for the official presentation by the Parliament. I have already stated that we, the European Union, are ready to work with all governments and prime ministers of Georgia. We had a very successful cooperation with the previous Prime Minister and the interim government. I sincerely hope that our cooperation with the next government, the government of Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, will be at least as successful as with the government of his predecessor," the Ambassador noted.
