Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia met H.E. Ruben Sadoyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Georgia yesterday.
Farewell meeting was focused on the kind neighborly relations existing between the two countries and prospects of future cooperation in various directions.
Current situation in the region was discussed at the meeting as well. Significance of a peaceful resolution of conflicts was highlighted. It was noted that Georgia always stands ready to contribute and facilitate the peace process.
The Head of Government of Georgia expressed his gratitude to the Armenian diplomat for the contribution made to the bilateral relations of the countries and wished every success in future endeavours.
