The volume of business sector turnover increased by 0.6% and amounted to 29.2 billion GEL in the 3Q20 compared to the same quarter of the previous year – Geostat released a report yesterday.
According to Geostat, the production value of the business sector bares a decreasing tendency. In the same quarter of 2020, its volume equaled to 11.6 billion GEL, which is year-on-year 8.8% less – Geostat reported.
In the 3Q20, 57.1% of total turnover comes on large and 17.7% – on medium businesses while 25.2% is distributed to small businesses. There is a small difference in the case of total production value: 40.3% comes on large, 27.6% – on medium, and 32.1% on small businesses.
