Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture Levan Davitashvili presented a 10-year action plan for the development of the Ministry at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers and representatives of the parliamentary majority in Borjomi.
"This is a very detailed road map, which covers all areas of the Ministry and shows us what parameters we need to achieve in the field of agriculture and food production by 2030 in economic terms, as well as what type of policy we should have on environmental issues. This document, of course, is in line with the EU association agreement obligations to get closer to Europe and to apply for EU membership by 2024, "- said Levan Davitashvili.
Strategic development plans of the country are discussed at the meeting in Borjomi.
