The Georgian Parliament canceled the red security level enforced from November 28 and enacted the yellow security level from December 6.
The decision is based on Order No. 1/259/23 issued by the Georgian Parliament Speaker on September 4, 2023, which outlines security protocols for the Parliament building.
Only individuals invited by relevant structural units will be permitted to attend scheduled parliamentary events, including committee meetings.
No more than one accredited group of TV broadcasters from each will be allowed in the building until the end of the parliamentary events (committee meetings).
The primary objective of these security measures is to ensure a safe and productive working environment within the Parliament.
