The average sale price remained basically unchanged compared to the previous month, amounting 1,164 $/SQM. While annual growth amounted to 22%.
The rent price stood at 13.1 $/SQM, posting a 5% and 48% increase in monthly and annual terms, respectively.
Since, there was a minor decrease in transactions in monthly terms, the market size posted a 9% decline relative to June, standing at $255 million. However, in annual terms, a 18% increase was recorded.
