In July 2023, Saburtalo (17% share in total sales) took the top as the district with the highest number of sold residential properties in Tbilisi, followed by Didi Dighomi, according to the Monthly Watch of TBC Capital on Tbilisi Residential Market for July 2023.
In terms of new apartments sales, Didube, Krtsanisi and Isani posted significant growths relative to the same period of the previous year, while there was a notable annual decline observed Gldani and Samgori.
As for old apartment sales, Samgori (+38%) and Nadzaladevi (+30%) posted the highest annual growths.
In the same period, average price per SQM in Vake and Mtatsminda went above $2,000. For old
apartments, there was a double digit annual increase observed in all districts again, with Vake
(+42%), Nadzaladevi (+40%) and Mtatsminda (+38%) posting the highest annual growths.
As for new apartments, the price in Chughureti more than doubled relative to the same period of the previous year, the report said.
