Resort Infrastructure Is More Developed This Winter - Bakuriani Inn

სასტუმრო

Nina Khotivari, Commercial Director of Bakuriani Inn declares, that the resort’s infrastructure is significantly more developed this winter compared to previous years, allowing hotels to accommodate more visitors. She noted that the peak season is underway, with high occupancy not only at Bakuriani Inn but across the entire resort.

“Bakuriani is entering the winter season at high occupancy. This year, the resort is much better prepared, enabling us to host more guests,” Khotivari said.

She added that this is the third consecutive winter of high demand, especially in the first half of January. While visitor numbers slightly decrease from January 15 due to domestic holiday schedules, occupancy remains around 75%, reaching full capacity on peak days.

Khotivari also highlighted a shift in booking trends: advance reservations have increased compared to previous years, with most bookings now made about a month in advance. Neighboring countries such as Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as Belarus, Kuwait, and Qatar, have been particularly active markets this season, along with growing numbers from Europe, including the UK, Poland, and Israel.
