Company Rooms Hotel launched a new production line of bread and cookies with an investment of USD 1.5 million. High-quality products entered the market from June 1 under the name Rooms Bakery. Accoridng to Valery Chekheria, executive director of Rooms Hotel, the bakery is placed in the same building of Rooms Hotel Tbilisi and employs 27 people.
Chekheria declares, that the bread and cookies of Rooms Bakery will be sold in the Gastronom chain from the first of June.
"The Bakery produces sourdough bread, croissants and other pastries. Georgian and Italian high-quality wheat varieties, from the farms included in our group, are mixed, so premium-quality products are made from this flour. Today, Rooms Bakery supplies over 5 restaurants with bread and cookies and from June 1, our product will be presented in Gastronom", says the executive director of Rooms Hotel.
Accoridng to Chekheria, the new project creates 32 jobs including the supply chain.
Rooms Hotel unites hotels in Tbilisi, Kazbegi, Bakuriani and Batumi.
