Rural Development Agency Director Zurab Gozalishvili’s asset declaration shows that he received two real estate assets worth a combined GEL 800,000 as a gift from his mother in 2025.
According to the declaration, on April 8, 2025, Gozalishvili received a 1,318 sq.m land plot in Tskneti and a 35.07% share in a 387 sq.m apartment on Arsena Street in Tbilisi. Both properties were transferred free of charge.
Gozalishvili also owns a share of land in Bakuriani, purchased in 2006, and a 147.2 sq.m apartment in Krtsanisi, Tbilisi, acquired in 2024 for $249,000. His wife, Nino Abesadze, owns an apartment purchased for $112,000 and bought a 2024 BMW X6 for €80,000 in 2025.
The declaration also shows significant financial assets, including Gozalishvili’s deposits of $60,000 and GEL 202,722, as well as $55,000 in cash. He additionally owns shares in several companies, including Auto Parts Supply (60%) and Safe Frozen Food Georgia (100%).
