Trump Tower Tbilisi will help raise Georgia’s profile in the global premium real estate market, according to Wissol Group founder Soso Pkhakadze. In a LinkedIn post, he described the project as more than just a development, calling it a statement of Georgian capability on the international stage.
Pkhakadze said the project reflects the ability of Georgian vision, professionalism, and labor to stand alongside the world’s leading brands. Together with partners, including Archi, he noted that the goal is to bring to Tbilisi the same level of architecture and living standards found in cities like New York, Miami, and Dubai.
The project involves several international and local partners, including The Sapir Organization, BLOX Group, and Finvest Georgia, while US-based firm Gensler leads the architectural design in collaboration with The Trump Organization’s global standards.
According to Pkhakadze, the economic impact will be multifaceted, including attracting foreign investment, creating jobs during construction and operation phases, increasing international buyer interest, and supporting the development of Georgia’s real estate sector. He added that the project represents a strategic step in positioning the country on the global premium property map.
