The Georgian wine brand “Tsiali” has exported its products to China. As the company notes, 6,000 bottles of pink “Tsiali” are sent to Hong Kong.
“Negotiations with major exporters have moved from an active phase to the final stage. We initially exported pink wine in Hong Kong, while next month we will start exporting blue and amber wines. The demand for Georgian wine in the Asian market is quite high, at this stage we have exported a total of 6,000 bottles and we plan to increase the supply even more,” Tornike Sauri, founder of the wine brand “Tsiali”, told BMG.
According to him, the company produces 5,000 bottles of wine at the first stage. However, due to high demand from both local and export markets, productivity has also increased, and today the company is already producing more than 20,000 bottles annually.
As for the making process of a new sparkling wine, the wine is produced in one of the branded enterprises in Kakheti. The company buys grapes from local farmers.
The winery has been operating on the market since two thousand eighteen and its production is fully focused on creating colored wines.
