Tbilisi Development Fund of the Tbilisi City Hall has announced two procurements for the replacement of dilapidated buildings, the total value of which exceeds 24 million GEL.
In particular, the estimated cost of the procurement is 15,101,134 GEL, which includes the dismantling of one two-story and four one-story dilapidated buildings on a 2,072 sq m plot of land located at 50a Chargli Street and the construction (including repair) works of a 12-story multi-apartment residential building in its place.
A procurement of 9,154,824 GEL was announced for the construction (including repair) works of an 11-story multi-apartment residential building located at 38a Shuamta Street.
The procurement was announced on April 29 and the acceptance of proposals will continue from May 11 to 13.
