Tbilisi City Hall has announced a GEL 17.3 million tender for slope stabilization works near Akhaldaba Street in the Vake district. The e-tender, published without auction on January 14, allows participants to submit proposals from February 11, with the application deadline on February 16.
The project includes constructing reinforced concrete retaining and slope-protection walls totaling over 230 meters, installing drainage systems, waterproofing, and anti-erosion measures to ensure slope stability. Walls will be built in sections, with foundations supported by pile-based structures and transverse drainage incorporated.
Work completion is set at 240 calendar days from contract assignment. Tender requirements emphasize prior experience: participating companies must have executed reinforced concrete retaining walls or slope stabilization projects since 2022, covering at least 70% of the tender value, with at least one contract worth 30% of the project budget. Experience must be verified through contracts and completion documents.
