In June 2024, the Armenian real estate market demonstrated significant growth. According to the National Statistical Committee of the Republic, the total number of transactions reached 21,147, which is 3.2% higher than in May of this year and 9.8% higher compared to June 2023.
The capital, Yerevan, leads in the number of transactions, accounting for 26.6% of the total volume. It is followed by the Kotayk region with 16.9% of the transactions. The lowest activity was observed in Vayots Dzor, where only 2.2% of the transactions were concluded.
The structure of transactions shows that the largest share is made up of real estate transfers—32.2%, including sales, donations, and exchanges. A significant portion is also occupied by transactions related to initial registration (21.8%) and inheritance (16.5%).
In terms of property types, land deals lead, making up 42.4% of the total number. Second place is held by transactions involving apartments in multi-story buildings (22.7%), followed by deals with private houses (21.6%).
