Kartes Analytica, a company specializing in geospatial analysis, has announced that it has been granted a license for space activities by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia.
According to a statement released by the company Kartes Analytica specializes in developing products based on geospatial data and creating innovative solutions using cutting-edge geospatial analytics platforms. With this license, the company intends to expand its capabilities in implementing advanced technologies in geospatial infrastructure.
Babken Ter-Grigoryan, the CEO of Kartes Analytica, called on all interested partners from the private sector, startup communities, scientific circles, and the international space ecosystem to collaborate with the company in developing "revolutionary strategies and technologies that will help transform the national and regional space industry."
Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia Mkhitar Hayrapetyan noted that the issuance of a license for space activities to Kartes Analytica is a significant milestone in the development of the country's space industry. He emphasized that by allowing private companies to actively participate in the space sector, Armenia is fostering innovation, attracting investments, and creating new opportunities for economic growth.
