In the first quarter of 2024, one thousand major taxpayers in Armenia collectively contributed over 387 billion 109 million Armenian drams (approximately $1 billion) to the state budget. This is 1.6% or more than 6 billion drams higher than the same period last year.

According to data provided by the Armenian State Revenue Committee, in January-March 2024, the amount of tax payments to the tax authority amounted to about 330 billion drams ($846 million), while over 57 billion drams (more than $146 million) were paid to the customs authority.
