This year we will have record revenues from the tourism sector. Our expectation is that it will be more than 4 billion dollars. We will have more than 6 million visitors in Georgia, - the Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Levan Davitashvili said at the opening of the ski season.

As the Minister noted, everything is being done for the tourism sector to develop dynamically.

"I want to tell you that this year we will have record revenues from the tourism sector. Our expectation is that it will be more than 4 billion dollars. We will have more than 6 million visitors in Georgia. It is very encouraging that after the coronavirus pandemic, we managed not only to restore the tourism sector, but year after year we see that we have a significant improvement in dynamics," the Minister said.
