In total, we investigate 402 such cases, some of which concern alleged crimes, when a citizen was registered against his will as a member of a commission from a radical opposition in another electoral district, and he could not vote because of this. Some of them, despite trying to commit a similar crime, succeeded and went to another electoral district to vote. In both cases, we are dealing with an alleged crime, with one difference that one part refers to a finished crime, and the other part refers to an attempted crime. I can give one example, which will be news. In the previous case I talked about specific examples. For example, there is such a person - Zurab Dzebisashvili, our supporter, who was registered in Gldani electoral district at the 6th polling station, he was appointed as a member of the election commission at the 38th polling station in Dusheti by Aleko Elisashvili's party "Citizens". Zurab Dzebishvili was contacted during the pre-election period - this is what makes this case different, and they offered him membership of the precinct commission and told him where he should be a member of the precinct commission, he refused. Look at the difference: if in other cases they didn't even contact him, they obtained the personal data of a specific person illegally, then they registered him as a representative of some party of "National Movement", i.e. as a member of the commission elsewhere, in the election precinct, in this case, they contacted Mr. Zurab Dzebishvili in advance, despite his refusal, they appointed another As a member of the commission of one of the "National Movement" parties in the district, and when he went to his polling station, where he was registered, it turned out that he could not vote in that station, because he was entered elsewhere in the special list due to this appointment. Among them, Mr. Zurab has the phone number from which they contacted him, and he can report this to the investigation when he is summoned to the prosecutor's office for questioning," said Mdinaradze.
