The Ministry of Finance of Georgia reports that GEL 213 million has been transferred to the budget from the sale of state properties in 2021, which is 61% (GEL 350 million) of the annual plan.
Half of GEL 213 million accounts for 10 properties sold at e-auctions announced by the National Property Agency.
Last year, an agricultural land area with buildings in Batumi ranks on first place in the list of TOP-10 Most Expansive State Properties. The real estate, located on a land area of 7,000 square m in Pirosmani street, was sold for GEL 30 million last year.
