Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze attended the presentation of the new Project Krtsanisi Resort Residence and delivered the speech before the participants.
According to Kakha Kaladze, Krtsanisi Resort Residence is one of the exemplary projects of how to properly develop the capital city from an urban standpoint.
“In 2017, when we came to power of the city and the majority of the population of Tbilisi elected us, we promised to the residents of Tbilisi that the city would develop properly in urban areas. Consequently, we have made a number of regulations in this respect and are currently reaping the harvest. Today I can tell you that Krtsanisi Resort Residence is one of the exemplary projects of how to develop the specific areas properly from an urban standpoint. Certainly, it is welcome that within the scope of this project, green spaces are preserved to the extent it was possible and in the future people living here will have the opportunity to rest, relax and generally maintain a healthy lifestyle” - Kakha Kaladze said.
According to the Mayor of Tbilisi, under pandemic circumstances, when each investment is significant, the construction sector needs support.
“I want to wish success to the company and its founders. You know that in terms of pandemic conditions, the situation is unfavorable not only in our country but also all over the world. Therefore, the investment of each GEL is fundamentally important for the economic development of our country. The construction sector is a field that employs a lot of people and certainly needs promotion and support. Our local and central authorities are fully prepared for this” - Kakha Kaladze said.
Krtsanisi Resort Residence was founded in 2010 by businessman Noshiko Namoradze. The total development of the project covered 20 hectares. The modern planning and high standards multifunctional residential complex includes all types of sports, other entertainment and recreational activities. 70% of the project will be dedicated to the arrangement of recreational spaces and green yards, which, along with the residential area, will include educational, sports and entertainment infrastructure. A school and a kindergarten will be built in this area, as well as a multifunctional building.
