The hotel "Gudauri Inn" has positive expectations regarding the winter tourist season this year. As Nina Gachechiladze, the commercial director of the hotel's managing company "Inn Hospitality" told BM.GE, the process of accepting reservations has already started.
"The process of accepting reservations for the winter season has already started, we already have about 50% occupancy during the winter holidays. It is worth noting that, compared to previous years, the number of guests has increased. Therefore, we have positive expectations and we think that this year's season will be fruitful for the business," Nina Gachechiladze added.
In addition, the commercial director of the company spoke about the Israel market and noted that their share was about 15-20%.
It should be noted that the company had to increase the prices this year, the reason was the increase in cost in the logistics part.
"As for the price policy - the prices have increased, albeit slightly. The reason for all this was that cost of the business in the logistics sector increased, therefore, we changed the sales tariffs. I would like to point out that the change in tariffs was due to cover the cost and not to increase profits", - said the commercial director.
"Gudauri Inn" hotel has 60 rooms of different categories. The 4-star hotel is located in Gudauri, 50 meters from the center of the town. The hotel also has services such as free transfer from the hotel to the cable cars and back.
