Georgian Dream MP Gocha Enukidze, one of the wealthiest members of parliament, has submitted his latest asset declaration, revealing extensive business interests and high-value properties.
Enukidze is the founder of IberCompany, a holding firm with reported assets of 97.6 million GEL. In addition to this flagship company, the MP lists ownership stakes in more than 20 other firms, including:
- Archi Tower – 25%
- Alliance Motors – 25%
- Archi Riverside – 50%
- Marneuli Almonds LLC – 90% (a joint venture with former NBA player Zaza Pachulia)
Real Estate Holdings
Enukidze's declaration includes a diverse real estate portfolio across Tbilisi and Racha, featuring apartments, land, and buildings. Highlights include:
- A 345 m² apartment on L. Mikeladze St. in Tbilisi, purchased in 2002 for 27,600 GEL
- A 65.8 m² apartment on Chavchavadze Ave., acquired in 2016 for 160,000 GEL
- A residential complex in Digomi Experimental Farm, featuring a 1,000 m² plot, a large residence, basement, pool, and other structures
Several land plots and buildings in Ambrolauri, including a 2,883 m² lot with undocumented structures, and a newly registered 4,576 m² property with limited use.
Enukidze also declares ownership of an Aston Martin, purchased in 2022 for €161,000, and bank savings of 305,000 GEL.
Additional financial details include:
- $193,108 income from securities sales
- $242,780 in share purchase expenses
- 465,000 GEL income from issuing loans
- 70,000 GEL in personal expenses (vacation and medical treatment)
- 40,000 GEL from capital transfers
- 46,000 GEL in salary as an MP in 2024
Enukidze currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the Diaspora Committee. He has been a member of four consecutive parliaments, initially elected in 2008 under the United National Movement (UNM) and joining Georgian Dream in 2012.
