The owner of the poultry products company Chirina believes that Tbilisi City Court Judge Liana Kezhashvili made an "absurd decision" when she ordered Chirina to pay 4.7 million GEL in favor of "Kvarlis Baga". "[The case] reeks of bribery," the businessman told BMGTV.
"If you feed cows with 2,700 tons of chicken manure, a lot of things can happen to those cows... "Chirina" has to pay GEL 4.7 million due to the mistakes of "Kvarlis Baga"?!" - said businessman Revaz Vashakidze.
According to him, chicken manure is not for feeding the livestock.
"Lasha Papashvili can use manure in cattle feeding... This is his [business], but he has to give a little amount and see what will happen...
Due to the mistakes made by Kvarlis Baga, why should "Chirina" pay [3.7 million GEL], which has nothing to do with milk production?!" Vashakidze said.
According to him, the decision reeks of bribery, but if the court takes such a decision, he will pay.
"If the court takes such decision, I will pay, but the company will continue the dispute in Strasbourg, although I do not want to do so because there will be an amount to be reimbursed by the state; I do not want to impose a debt on the state because of some dishonest judges", - Vashakidze said.
