The National Wine Agency of Georgia will spend €829,496 on marketing activities in Germany this year, according to a new contract signed on 23 February with FF.K. Public Relations GmbH. The agreement, awarded through a simplified procurement process, aims to promote Georgian wine across Germany.
Under the contract, FF.K. Public Relations GmbH will implement a wide range of promotional initiatives through December 2026. These include media communication about Georgian wine, organizing wine tours in Georgia, and hosting seminars, presentations, masterclasses, and tastings in various German cities. The company will also collaborate with German influencers, media outlets, wine shops, and retail chains to strengthen the presence of Georgian wine on the German market.
In addition to organizing events, the contractor is required to prepare an annual performance report assessing the effectiveness of all marketing activities. The report, detailing progress and results achieved throughout the year, must be submitted no later than December 15.
According to Geostat, Georgia’s wine exports to Germany grew by 1% in 2025, reaching USD 6 million. Among EU member states, only Poland imports more Georgian wine than Germany.
