According to Roads Department, a contract of $ 51 million contract has been signed for construction of E60 highway (Zemo Osiauri-Chumateleti Section) with Chinese company Synohydro.
“Winner of Contract # EWHCIP / CW / DC-01: SINOHYDRO Corporation Limited Date of Signature: 27 December 2019; Selection Method: Direct Contract Award; Cost: GEL 50,653,768.63; Duration of Contract: 31 July 2020; Contract Works: E-60 Upper highway of Zemo Osiauri-Chumateleti section(km 5 + 800 - m, + 7 700), "- says the Transport Department website.
"Synohydro" is actively engaged in the state procurement. According to the company’s 2018 financial statements, its revenue was 87,404,870 GEL.
