Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, together with Deputy Minister Ruben Simonyan, visited Siemens Industry Software to discuss plans for creating new infrastructures in Armenia.
According to the Ministry’s press service, CEO of the company Irina Dumanyan presented Siemens Industry Software’s strategic priorities, educational, and research initiatives in collaboration with Armenian universities.
“I emphasized the key role of effective public-private partnership, highlighting the importance of cooperation between private companies and educational institutions in preparing a qualified, competitive workforce that meets industry requirements,” said the minister.
During the visit, Siemens Industry Software’s plans to create new infrastructures in Armenia were also discussed, including the possible establishment of a manufacturing plant.
Hayrapetyan expressed readiness to support these initiatives and underscored the government’s commitment to creating favorable conditions for expanding and developing the technology business sector in Armenia.
