In July 2024, Armenia's real estate market saw significant growth. According to official statistics, the total number of real estate transactions reached 21,584, a 22.4% increase compared to the same period last year, and 2.1% higher than in June 2024.
The number of purchase and sale transactions notably increased. In July, 4,939 such transactions were registered, which is 21.4% higher than in July 2023 and 8.5% more than the previous month.
Armenia’s capital, Yerevan, also saw a rise in housing prices. The average cost of apartments in multi-story buildings increased by 8.5% compared to July last year and by 0.4% compared to June 2024.
As for rental properties, 1,020 rental agreements were signed in July, a 1.5% decrease compared to July 2023, but 10% higher than in June 2024.
