Real estate sales in Batumi grew in the second quarter of 2025, with annual increases of 13.1% in the primary market and 23.4% in the secondary market.
According to the Public Registry, 4,018 apartments were sold, up 9.5% year-on-year. Secondary market sales rose sharply by 23.4%, while primary market sales slipped 0.5% due to delayed registrations.
Galt & Taggart’s developer survey, tracking real-time primary market trends, showed a 13.1% annual increase in Q2 sales and a 37.4% rise in the first half of the year.
In June 2025, the average primary market price reached $1,427 per sq m (+2.7% quarterly), while prices in new secondary projects averaged $1,307 (+0.7% quarterly, +11.5% annually).
