Biograpi Living is launching a $500 million urban development project on the 11-hectare site of the former wool factory in Tbilisi’s Didube district. The project will create a multifunctional complex combining residential, retail and other commercial spaces.
The company recently acquired the site, located near Tsereteli Avenue and connected to Didube bus station, metro and railway stations. The area offers convenient access to central Tbilisi and other parts of the city, as well as open views toward the Mtkvari River. The project’s concept will reflect the area’s historical and urban context, including the former wool factory, an important part of Didube’s industrial landscape during the Soviet period.
An international architectural and design studio will work on the project’s architectural and design concept, with Biograpi Living planning to reveal further details at a later stage. The company said the development will combine residential and commercial functions while creating a new urban environment suited to everyday city life.
The Didube development is part of Biograpi Living’s broader expansion strategy. The company is currently developing 10 large-scale projects with a combined investment value exceeding $700 million and has announced three additional projects: Kamara, Bohema and 1824. All of its projects follow the “15-minute city” concept, while sales across its current developments have exceeded 75%.
