Biograpi Living, a subsidiary of INVIA Group, plans to transform the former wool factory site in Tbilisi’s Didube district into a modern multifunctional urban neighborhood. David Asanidze, the company’s Head of Design Development, described the project as a flagship development not only for the company but also for the capital, citing the site’s size and strategic location near Didube metro station.

The planned complex will combine residential buildings with commercial and public spaces, green areas, a school and a kindergarten. According to Asanidze, the goal is to create an innovative, integrated neighborhood that meets residents’ everyday needs, revitalizes the former industrial site and establishes a new urban destination rather than a purely residential development.

Biograpi Living also plans to remain involved in managing the development after construction is completed, maintaining the buildings and public spaces to preserve the original concept over time. Asanidze added that the company intends to continue its practice of collaborating with international brands from the early stages of development, including on the Didube project.

The former wool and worsted factory site covers approximately 11 hectares and was acquired by businessman Badri Patarkatsishvili in the 1990s following privatization. Part of the property is currently occupied by the Gorgia hypermarket. In August 2026, company registry records were updated to name Biograpi Living CEO Vasil Pkhakadze as director. The Didube development forms part of the company’s broader portfolio of 10 projects, with a combined investment value exceeding $700 million.
