Tbilisi City Hall has announced a tender worth 47 million GEL for the rehabilitation of Vake Park. The project includes the complete rehabilitation and reconstruction of existing fountains and cascades in the park.
Tender Terms and Conditions
The tender was announced on February 25, 2025. Proposal submissions will begin on March 23 and end on March 28. The estimated procurement value is 47,000,000 GEL, and funding from Tbilisi's budget will be implemented gradually over the next three years:
2025 - 10,000,000 GEL;
2026 - 18,000,000 GEL;
2027 - 19,000,000 GEL.
The selected company must complete construction works within 760 calendar days from the contract's entry into force, while design and expertise must be completed within 270 calendar days.
