Through joint efforts between Georgian and Malaysian sides, a simplified passport control procedure has been implemented at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, allowing Georgian citizens to enter the country without going through immigration checkpoints.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Georgian citizens must file an online application on the specified website within 72 hours before arriving in Malaysia.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia explains that Georgian citizens enjoy a visa-free regime for entering, exiting, or transiting through Malaysian territory. The duration of stay should not exceed 30 (thirty) days.
