კონტეინერი

According to the National Statistics Office of Georgia, the country’s exports reached $1.02 billion in January–February 2026, marking a 22.9% increase compared to the same period last year.

Motor cars remained the top export item, accounting for $216 million, although auto exports fell by 24% year-on-year, primarily due to reduced shipments to Kyrgyzstan.

Other leading exports include precious metal ores and concentrates, which rose 217% to $126 million, and petroleum products, which surged 480% to $93 million. The significant growth in petroleum exports is linked to the start of operations at a new refinery in Kulevi, which increased crude oil imports and enabled local production of refined products for export.

Additional top exports include spirits ($35 million, +20%), with notable growth in walnuts, hazelnuts, copper ores, wine, and mineral water. The data indicate a diversified export base and strong growth across multiple sectors, reflecting increasing demand for Georgian products in international markets.
