"Wigs' Room" is preparing for the exports, the founder of the company, Gvantsa Inasaridze, spoke about this in TV-porgram "Women's Narrative".
"Negotiations with the US are already underway regarding the exports of our wigs. We are also considering cooperation with Germany, as well as China and Israel. However, before that, there should be an increase in productivity," Gvantsa Inasaridze says.
At this stage, "Wigs' Room" makes an average of 1500 wigs per year. It takes over 2 weeks to make one wig.
"Our wigs are made of natural hair, the prices of which start from GEL 250 and range up to GEL 4,000-5,000. There is quite a difference between our wigs and imported wigs. Although imported wigs are made of synthetic hair, their prices start from USD 700 and go up to USD 8,000. We think that Georgian production can compete with imported products in terms of quality and price," Gvantsa Inasaridze said.
"Wigs' Room" has been on the market for only 1 year and its sales rate is increasing every month. The social enterprise is located near Tbilisi, in the village of Gamarjveba and currently employs 5 people.
