Cashless spending on clothing and accessories through TBC Bank channels increased by 18% year-on-year in August 2026, while the average transaction amounted to GEL 108, according to TBC Capital’s August spending review.
Residents accounted for 74% of total cashless spending on clothing and accessories through TBC Bank channels, while non-residents accounted for the remaining 26%.
Cashless spending by residents increased 16% year-on-year in August, with the average transaction amounting to GEL 94.
Spending by non-residents rose 25% year-on-year during the month, while their average spending per transaction reached GEL 186, according to the review.
