The State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia has released the results of comprehensive operational and investigative activities conducted by the SRC's Investigation and Operational Intelligence Department from June 1 to June 30 to prevent, stop, and uncover tax violations.
During this period, 34 cases of transportation or supply of goods without proper financial documentation were recorded, violating the requirements of the RA Tax Code. The total value of these goods amounted to 9,202,456 drams (over $24,000), and the potential fines for these violations amount to 50,269,000 drams (over $130,000).
Documentation on illegal activities was compiled for 24 cases, with potential fines totaling 14,493,536 drams (over $36,000).
Additionally, 12 cases were registered involving activities requiring a license or notification without the appropriate license or notification, or the use of subsoil or natural resources without permission. The total amount of these violations is 15,245,000 drams (over $38,000).
