This resolution contains a number of incomprehensible notes, - the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze said in response to a journalist's question about the OSCE resolution.
According to the Prime Minister, the fact is very regrettable and sad.
"There are a number of incomprehensible entries in this resolution, which is very regrettable, very sad, although I don't want to go into depth about it," the Prime Minister said.
The Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE expresses concern regarding the adoption of the law "On transparency of foreign influence" in Georgia. As mentioned in the declaration adopted by the OSCE, the implementation of anti-democratic legislation and policies by the current government of Georgia undermines the fragile democracy of the country and the Euro-Atlantic choice of the Georgian people.
In addition, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly calls on Russia to immediately withdraw its armed forces from the occupied territories of Georgia. According to the declaration, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly condemns the deterioration of the humanitarian and human rights situation in the regions of Georgia occupied by Russia.
