"Armenia is a member of the EAEU. You heard today's speech by Nikol Pashinyan, who is inclined towards constructive work within the EAEU," he reminded, speaking about the prospects of further cooperation with Armenia.
"The volume of our trade continues to grow at a very high pace. Everything is fine with economic cooperation here," emphasized Overchuk. "Economically, we are on a normal course," he added, responding to a relevant question.
BMG reported that Russia maintains its leadership in Armenia's foreign trade turnover, with a volume exceeding $7.3 billion in 2023. In January-March of the current year, the trade turnover with Russia increased by 2.4 times, amounting to $3.7 billion in monetary terms.
Meanwhile, Armenian-Russian relations are experiencing a crisis.
